By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Discovering Potential Tutoring School Cross Nights, all learners, parents/guardians, and visitors agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

1.1. All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
1.2. Lost tickets or proof of payment will not be replaced.
1.3. Entry is only permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket or confirmed registration.

2. Parking & Vehicles

2.1. Parking is strictly reserved for individuals with a valid driver’s licence.
2.2. Any learner arriving with a vehicle must produce a valid driver’s licence.
2.3. Learners with a learner’s licence must be accompanied by a person who holds a valid driver’s licence.
2.4. DPTS is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft involving vehicles parked on or near the premises.

3. Substance-Free Environment

3.1. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises 🚭
3.2. By entering the premises, learners consent to being searched by authorised DPTS staff for safety purposes.
3.3. Any prohibited items (including cigarettes, alcohol, vapes, drugs, or similar substances) will be confiscated and will NOT be returned.
3.4. Any learner found in possession of prohibited items may be removed from the premises without refund.

4. Weapons & Safety

4.1. No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
4.2. This includes (but is not limited to): knives, firearms, sharp objects, replicas, or any item deemed dangerous by staff.
4.3. DPTS reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual posing a safety risk.

5. Alcohol Intoxication

5.1. Any learner found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be sent home immediately.
5.2. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
5.3. Parents/guardians will be contacted where necessary.

6. Health & Medical Information

6.1. All allergies, chronic illnesses, or medical conditions must be reported to the administrator upon arrival.
6.2. DPTS staff are not medical professionals but will act responsibly in case of an emergency.
6.3. Failure to disclose medical information is at the learner’s own risk.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1. Learners are kindly advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times.
7.2. While we aim to create a safe and caring environment, DPTS will not be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7.3. Please avoid bringing valuables that are not necessary. We care about your safety and peace of mind 🤍

8. Time & Attendance

8.1. Gates will be locked strictly at 19:00.
8.2. No learner will be allowed entry after 19:00 unless prior communication has been made.
8.3. Learners who anticipate being late must report in advance.
8.4. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed sessions.

9. Emergency Contact Details
9.1. Learners are strongly advised to write correct and reachable parent/guardian contact numbers on the register upon arrival.
9.2. These details will be used strictly for emergency purposes.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

10.1. Learners are expected to behave respectfully toward tutors, staff, and fellow learners.
10.2. Any form of bullying, fighting, harassment, vandalism, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
10.3. DPTS reserves the right to remove any learner who fails to comply with conduct rules, without refund.

11. Attendance at Own Risk

11.1. Attendance at Cross Nights is voluntary and at the learner’s own risk.
11.2. DPTS will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot be held liable for unforeseen incidents.

12. Media & Content

12.1. Photos and videos may be taken during Cross Nights for promotional and educational purposes.
12.2. By attending, learners grant DPTS permission to use such content unless otherwise stated in writing.

13. Authority & Final Decision

13.1. All decisions made by Discovering Potential Tutoring School management and staff are final.
13.2. DPTS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time for safety and operational reasons.

14. Acceptance

14.1. By purchasing a ticket, registering, or entering the premises, learners and parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.

15. Staff misconduct

15.1 Any Staff misconduct must be reported immediately to our WhatsApp number 072 670 3290 or top management.
